1. "Bed & Breakfast" Rate
Each guest room has its own private bath with a common lounge for relaxation.
Room Rate
$ 80.00 - $115.00/Night
Suite Rate
$165.00 - $185.00/Night
2. "Dude Ranch" Rate
$125.00/Night/Person
Includes up to two hours of horseback riding/day.
3. Horsemanship and Hands-On Programs
These programs will be customized according to the specific requests by the guest. A typical program runs three days as follows:
Begins:
In the afternoon, the day of your arrival.
Ends:
Noon on the 3rd day.
(Example: Arrive Friday before noon, Depart Sunday at noon.)

Reservation Policy
"B&B" Rate: 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
"Dude Ranch" and "Horsemanship" Rates: 50% deposit at the time of reservation and a completed "Questionnaire".
Sorry, no credit cards. Money Orders, checks, and cash are accepted.
