There are five recognized types of Real Properties:

2. Commercial
3. Industrial
4. Agricultural
5. Special Purpose
In any area of good selling/marketing, substantial “product” knowledge is a must. It is not realistic that one agent will have knowledge in all areas, and we believe that any serious agent should specialize.
During my many years of domestic and international marketing of high tech engineering products, I have also been heavily involved with farming and ranching. Besides showing and breeding horses, as well as raising Texas Longhorns, I have built equine operations in five States. During this time, I have gained valuable information, which could be advantageous to sellers and buyers.
Consequently, our specialty is limited to Agricultural Real Properties.
We always believed that QUALITY is more important than QUANTITY. For this reason, we are not flooding the market with agents, but rather work with a few knowledgeable employees in specific strategic areas.
When calling our office, it is a good possibility that Marcia will answer the phone. Marcia, my wife, has been working in my previous businesses – office manager, secretary and accounting – for almost 30 years. Even though she does not have a real estate license, she will be supporting our staff and our customers/clients, within her legal rights, in the office.
